Cottages

• For nightly reservations a deposit equal to the first night payment is required to reserve your cottage.
• Deposits are refundable up to 14 days (30 days June through September) prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 14 days (30 days June through September) prior to arrival.
• For weekly reservations a deposit of 50% of the weekly rate is required.
• Refund policy is the same as for nightly reservations.
• Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express are accepted

Kayak and Bike Rentals or Programs

• A credit card number is required to hold your Kayak or Bike rental or program spot.
  Charges will apply for last minute cancellations or no shows
• Cash, Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted.
